I’m sure I already wrote about this but I’m just gonna press it a bit more: I’ve been spending my days reading.

And though I really enjoy reading, and I really enjoy the subjects I’m reading about, I don’t really enjoy having to read more than 100 pages about 5 different subjects in less than 4 hours… And that’s what I’ve been doing. Well, it’s not that I don’t like it, per say, I do! It’s just… bothersome.

Today I caught myself thinking ‘Yep. this is exactly why I chose a scientific path before.’ . It just bothers me to have to keep up with so much information… It’s so much easier to solve the Schrodinger’s equation for some system or check the solubility of a product than to read all that and think about it all… yeah. I guess I’m just lazy.

I do love thinking about the stuff I read — that’s what this is all about — but…no pressure, yeah? no. that’s not how it works.

But I am loving it. That’s what makes it easy.
