the hype is over.

Alive music festival is over and also the high that comes with it unfortunately.
I now bare hurt tired feet, and several little purple/greenish hematomas on my arms and on my nose – alas! I dunno how this one got there, but it was quite a bump as I’m still blowing bloody tissues (ah what a nice visual!). These were fucking awesome days!!

The high was SebastiAn for me (sebastian for president!). I also really enjoyed SBTRKT, Katy B, Justice and quite a few more that I can’t remember the name of right now…and I couldn’t not talk about Radiohead. As much as I absolutely adore them that is not the type of music I like to hear at a summer music festival, so even though I really like seeing them play it wasn’t a high for me.

All in all I had a blast. I’d do it all over again tomorrow. But I’d have to sit more and jump less…
Awesome awesome awesome. Let’s do it again next year.

Music aside it’s been crazy hot around here. I could barely sleep yesterday and I really needed it. Sleepless nights down on my hood… Yes. But please make it stop now? I’m so tired.
And akira is really struggling with this heat and chewing ice cubes like a maniac… I’ve tried that too. It didn’t work.

Maybe I’ll be able to sleep today.
