Contrasts.

Today we basically strolled around kreuzberg. This is the Turkish neighborhood of Berlin and it’s amazing how in one minute you’re admiring a very shiny Bentley or a pair of Louboutin shoes and the next minute, just across the street you find yourself surrounded of kebab places and street markets selling faux Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal football team t-shirts… But the streets are equally nice!

Today we also visited the memorial to the murdered Jews of Europe and the museum underneath. Some of the things written sent chills down my spine. And I could see people just shaking their heads in disbelief of what had actually happened not so many years ago… I think that time is what makes people “forget” about all that. It wasn’t 17th century. It wasn’t *that* long ago. And for some, I’m sure it still feels like yesterday.

There was also a very nice light show at the Brandenburg gate that we saw and then there was more ramen. I love that place so much!

Again I ain’t posting all the pictures, just the rest from yesterday and today’s photos, up until the stroll at the Sony center. Enjoy, my dears!

Have a nice day!
