Yesterday, Saturday the 9th of February, I woke up at 5 am and drove for an hour and a half, I got home, asked for a cab and went to the airport. I went through security check and got on an eight hour flight.
I watched Argo, Here Comes the Boom, Lincoln and a few episodes of How I Met Your Mother and had a little nap in between.
I went through security again and got to the hotel. I made a little dance, celebrating that I am in American soil, in a very snowy New Jersey. I worked on my dissertation for three hours and ordered dinner – chef’s salad – and I took a loooooonnng hot shower. I watched a few more episodes of a few series laying on the bed, trying not to sleep because it was only… 9pm.
Yesterday my day had 30 hours. Which could come in handy if one gets too busy to manage in the 24 we usually get! Yup.
