We decided on a complete and total whim to come to Amsterdam for a few days with a friend. Since I had a few days off school, and everyone else was up for it, why the hell not?
So here we are.
I feel like this is like a third home or something because I’ve been here so much more than everywhere else (I’m not counting Spain) that I know a few streets and I (almost always) know where I’m going. And, trust me, that’s saying a lot for me because I’ve got a terrible sense of direction. So, yes, I’m happy here.
It’s fun and relaxing and people are nice, and there are nice places to eat and drink…what more can you ask for, really?
So we have been, basically, going around our bikes, stoping, eating & drinking, and getting on our bikes again to repeat the process.
It’s been quite perfect. And we are onll leaving tomorrow morning, and there’s still okonomiyaki coming…!
