Mokum.

I sure hope you’re having a great week start. As for me I’ve got butterflies in my tummy every time I think about Japan coming closer and closer. Do you know that there’s is a huge anime banner in Narita airport? I’m so going to freak the hell out.

Because you see, when, back in the day, I had all the time in the world I read manga and watched anime and live action series *all.the.time*, but almost none of my friends shared the same geekiness enthusiasm. So I had to make do with what I had. Usually that involved a lot of drawing and coming up with new interesting characters. And I dreamed of a place where anime and manga were at reach every day, all the time. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see people reading manga while riding the bus? And that same bus to be decorated with the latest hit anime? And have anime movies on huge displays like if they were a big Hollywood thing (for me some where better!)? I’m even psyched to watch the koshien (highschool baseball championship) playoffs on tv! (I blame Mitsuru Adachi for that)

When I first step in Narita Airport I’ll be sure to have a lot of that and so much more. So yes. I feel like a teenage girl on the brink of a first date with her school crush. And I cannot wait!

And for now, hope you enjoy the last batch of Amsterdam pics.

Have a great day!
