never settle for less.

This isn’t usual for me and I rarely do it, but I’m going to post about another post (and redirect you all to the original source) because it’s truly beautiful not only to the eyes but to the mind.

I’m a little bit obsessed with new workouts, because I get bored fast when working out the same week after week after week and my current workout is by a brazilian guy that often says “don’t settle for less”. This is true both for the workout and for life. And when I read this post by David Gamache I couldn’t help but associate it with the above expression. David’s post is entitled Chase Happiness and this needs no further explanation. I’m just gonna advise you to read and reflect on it.
