I’m officially on pre-holiday mode! I’ve got a week of school left but no actual lessons to teach, so i just gotta hold the fort until next Friday and I’m doooooooone!
After that, I’ve got plans to refurbish our flat, mainly our office-to-be, and re-organize cabinets and drawers before we leave on another amazing adventure – only 20ish days to go!! I’m so psyched!
Last weekend me and K. went to our beloved Amsterdam. We had a blast, to put it mildly.
Lots of good food, lots of beer and pure moments of doing-nothing-pleasure. I haven’t yet taken the photos out of my camera, but will do soon, so today I’m just gonna leave you with a couple ones taken with the iPhone.
We ate ramen at wagamama, and ramen at a Japanese restaurant on the suburbs of Amsterdam that reminded us very dearly of the true Japanese ramen we had around Japan. We also headed to the port to have a great great dinner at Fifteen, Jamie Oliver’s restaurant and project in Mokkum.
Many other things were done, but that’s for the next post.
